Alice! Oh this is so exciting. I so vividly remember the first two days of being in India and trying to adjust to the smell of the air and the idea that so many people could live in such a contained area. So many new colors and tastes! It's wonderful and overwhelming. I am so glad that you guys are all having fun. I just had my first day of work at my new job and it was awesome and I am excited for the challenges that lie ahead. Please send my love to Kate and Deepa. Be safe!

Are you staying away from the floods? Do you need anything? I did the triathlon 14 minutes faster than last time and even won a speedo bag and goggles! It was fun. In fall 2012 I am moving to Copenhagen for a masters program in refugee and migration studies - and to enjoy CPH! I'm a politically engaged/interested person and that comes through in most blog posts... I'll also try to have fun photos.
I made this blog mostly to entertain my parents but also to keep in touch with friends and have a record for myself.
